April 14th: Neither wind nor rain nor...

With the threat of the worst Nor'easter in a decade barrelling into New Jersey, AlterEgo provided its own heatwave to warm up Spring 2007 and counter the cold windy rain outside. Armed with a new setlist (thanks, Lou!) the band dove through their signature ecclectic repertoire. From the intro push of the Gin Blossom's debut hit, "Hey Jealousy" to the rousing Cars nugget "You're all I Got Tonight" the crowd was treated to the band's unique selection of tunes from all over the Rock and Roll spectrum. In fact, with the songs tight and the boys loose, smiles were seen to break even out even on Rick's, Lou's, Phil's and Pat's usually empassioned faces!
And thanks to the crowd....our fans, our impromptu backup singers and dancers always seem to seize the moment to heat up the place and show off their talent guaranteeing that everyone was having as much fun as the band that night.
